Before installing the tower crane, the user or installation unit should estimate in advance the bearing capacity of the building attachment point (the ear seat fixing point) and the construction date of the reinforced concrete skeleton that affects the strength of the attachment point. Table 3.2-1 gives the adhesion force of the building attachment point (i.e. the ear seat) under working and non-working conditions when the center of the tower crane is 5m away from the wall. The bearing capacity of the building attachment point shall not be less than the value in the table.
